? ? ② 葉片泵用安裝體與電動機連接葉片泵與電動機(發(fā)動機)連接驅動時,要采用"安裝體"結構,如圖1-8所示,其一端法蘭與葉片泵的法蘭連接,用4個(有的泵用2個)內六角螺釘緊固牢, 另一大端與V系列電動機B5或B35型的端法蘭連接牢固,采用這種安裝形式可使其兩軸的同軸度不存在誤差,其轉動時也無噪聲,是延長泵的使用壽命的理想途徑。
? ? 葉片泵的輸人軸不能承受軸向力和徑向力,因此安裝聯軸器時,不準用鐵捶敲打裝配,聯軸器內孔采用二級間隙配合為宜,在鍵槽180°方向鉆一個M6-M10mm的螺紋孔,用螵釘止住防止竄動。
? ? 采用腳架式葉片泵時,嚴禁用帶輪或鏈輪直接傳動,亦要用聯軸器與驅動機軸連接,兩個軸的同軸度誤差應控制在0.05-0.1mm以內,角度誤差不大于0.5°,兩軸間應留有3mm 距離。
? ? 過濾精度為50~80μm迅的線隙式濾油器。由于條件所限,葉片泵必須安裝在油面以上時,其吸油高度應距最低油位,不大于500mm。這種安裝方法,對吸油連接管路接頭,必須注意密封良好,若密封不良時,極易造成葉片泵吸人少許空氣,而摻雜有氣泡的破裂聲,嚴重時油箱內有氣泡。

力士樂葉片泵由轉子1、定子2、葉片3、配油盤和端蓋等部件所組成。定子的內表面是圓柱形孔。轉子和定子之間存在著偏心。葉片在轉子的槽內可靈活滑動,在轉子轉動時的離心力以及通入葉片根部壓力油的作用下,葉片頂部貼緊在定子內表面上,于是兩相鄰葉片、配油盤、定子和轉子間便形成了一個個密封的工作腔。當轉子按逆時針方向旋轉時,圖右側的葉片向外伸出,密封工作腔容積逐漸增大,產生真空,于是通過吸油口6和配油盤5上窗口將油吸入。而在圖的左側。葉片往里縮進,密封腔的容積逐漸縮小,密封腔中的油液經配油盤另一窗口和壓油口1被壓出而輸出到系統(tǒng)中去。這種泵在轉子轉一轉過程中,吸油壓油各一次,故稱單作用泵。轉子受到徑向液壓不平衡作用力,故又稱非平衡式泵,其軸承負載較大。改變定子和轉子間的偏心量,便可改變泵的排量,故這種泵都是變量泵
