HTN4系列常溫溢流染色機產(chǎn)品用途 該設(shè)備主要適用于各種高檔次天然纖織物及混紡時的針織和機物在常溫下煮煉、漂白、染色,水洗等加工處理,也可適用其它人造絲、睛綸、水洗等加工處理,也可適用其它人造絲、睛綸、混紡織物在常溫下進行染色與處理,是高檔次織物的理想設(shè)備。工作流程(附流程簡圖) 設(shè)備工作時,織物由變頻調(diào)速驅(qū)動提布輥將織物從染缸前部送入噴嘴,由循環(huán)泵抽送處染液,經(jīng)換熱器加熱,將織物從噴嘴經(jīng)導(dǎo)布管由后部擺布管左右往復(fù)堆積,循環(huán)運行,使織物在染缸內(nèi)快速循環(huán)處理得到均勻上色。改進說明書 1貯布室闊度由原來的GM9的760MM加大到1000MM,提高了產(chǎn)量。 2缸體和提升輥的高度下降150MM,減少提升時張力。 3布從噴嘴出導(dǎo)布管后,染液立即與織物分離進入貯布室與缸壁的夾縫,防止織物飄浮在液面。 4機內(nèi)擺布裝置由原來GM9的氣動改為變頻馬達
