?河南真牛起重機有限公司是一家大型生產(chǎn)銷售安裝一體化路橋設備廠家,公司生產(chǎn)架橋機、提梁機、固定式龍門吊、模板高頻震動器、錐形制動電機、連續(xù)橋梁掛籃等,公司售后管理及時,公司在售后服務一流的基礎成立安裝維修隊伍,對外承接安裝搬遷龍門吊、配件等。2016年公司新研發(fā)箱梁自動噴淋設備,該自動噴淋系統(tǒng)結(jié)合預制箱梁特點,通過組裝控制系統(tǒng),增設行走軌道,實現(xiàn)預制箱梁的自動噴淋霧化養(yǎng)護,實現(xiàn)了全方位的養(yǎng)護,提高養(yǎng)護質(zhì)量和效率,保證了預制箱梁混凝土強度。該設備克服解決了既有人工灑水養(yǎng)護用水量過多或不足及養(yǎng)護效率低等問題,而是通過存梁區(qū)預先規(guī)劃設計設置的供水管道,通過人工供水給自動噴淋儲水罐,開啟開控開關(guān),自動在行走軌道上行駛,噴射的氣狀水霧達到預制箱梁養(yǎng)護的目的。整套系統(tǒng)由PLC(可編程控制器)電路控制、行走、噴灑、供水四大部分組成,整個系統(tǒng)噴灑養(yǎng)護過程中的每個環(huán)節(jié)控制全部由一臺PLC進行控制,可實現(xiàn)全自動化養(yǎng)護。該系統(tǒng)不但可人工手動控制亦可通過PLC可編程控制器自行設置小車行走速度、噴灑時間及停頓時間等參數(shù)。設備行走噴淋過后,整個梁體全身濕透,沒有死角,做到了全覆蓋、既養(yǎng)護到位,節(jié)省了人工,又節(jié)能環(huán)保,節(jié)約了用水,在上級單位多次檢查中受到肯定和表揚。
?該設備自投入使用以來,突出體現(xiàn)以下特點:一是養(yǎng)護效果好。自動噴淋系統(tǒng)噴出的是氣狀水霧,可以達到按需要、全濕潤的養(yǎng)護質(zhì)量標準,養(yǎng)護效果顯著。噴淋系統(tǒng)從供水到工作完畢,基本上實現(xiàn)了過程半自動控制;二是大大降低勞動強度。按預制箱梁1.5孔/d,按存梁養(yǎng)護周期10d計,則至少需要15人,而采用自動噴淋,只需要專人開控開關(guān),適當在固定位置供水,跟蹤設備,做好日常保養(yǎng)即可;三是成本效益顯現(xiàn)。一套系統(tǒng)可滿足該梁場縱向8個區(qū)域8孔預制箱梁的養(yǎng)生,2.5h可全部完成,并且還可以周轉(zhuǎn)循環(huán)使用;四是節(jié)約用水。工程建設講究環(huán)水保,合理使用水資源,節(jié)約用水,達到了施工環(huán)水保的目的。
