葉片式流動(dòng)開關(guān)是利用水的流動(dòng)量帶動(dòng)葉片來測試管內(nèi)液體是否流動(dòng)，當(dāng)液體在管路內(nèi)沒有流動(dòng)時(shí)，彈簧將磁鐵往下壓葉片成垂直，此時(shí)磁簧開關(guān)無動(dòng)作，接點(diǎn)在常開（NO）位置。當(dāng)管路內(nèi)有液體流動(dòng)且液體流量足以將葉片沖高20-30度時(shí)，葉片上方之偏心傳動(dòng)片將磁鐵往上推，而磁鐵的吸力使磁簧開關(guān)動(dòng)作，此時(shí)接點(diǎn)接通(close)由于管徑的不同葉片長度也要隨之改變。簡單可靠的原理使其廣泛應(yīng)用于測量管道內(nèi)液體的流動(dòng)。
