It protects against overheating & over-current in motor 、electric & thermal appliance 、lamp ballasts 、transformers、automotive motor 、integrated circuit & common electric equipment.2. 結(jié)構(gòu) Structure2.1 外觀：外形尺寸符合產(chǎn)品圖紙要求(見附圖)Appearance：Dimension is complied with the draw.（Refer to draw）2.2 導(dǎo)線：UL3321、AWG #18鍍錫銅芯線、黑色Leads：UL 3321 or AWG #18 copper core leads, black color, tinned2.3 外殼：表面鍍鎳鋅合金的板材Case：The steel material used for case is plated with alloy of nickel and zinc2.4 套管材料:聚脂絕緣套管符合電器用品的性能要求。Sleeve material：Insulated sleeve is complied with electric appliance’s requirement.3. 性能(Capability)3.1 額定電流 Rating current20A/115V、8A/AC250V3.2 抗拉力試驗(yàn):產(chǎn)品的接線端子應(yīng)能承受大于或等于50N拉力,鉚接處不應(yīng)松脫,導(dǎo)線無斷裂、滑出。Pull trial ：Terminals should endure more than 50N. And terminals should be no loose and leads have no rupture and slipping。3.3 絕緣電壓 Insulated voltageA. 熱保護(hù)器在熱分?jǐn)嗪蟮慕泳€之間應(yīng)能承受AC660V,歷時(shí)1min而無擊穿閃絡(luò)現(xiàn)象;The leads should endure AC660V after opening without arc over under duration of 1min.B. 熱保護(hù)器端子引線與絕緣套管之間能承受AC1500V,歷時(shí)1min而無擊穿閃絡(luò)現(xiàn)象;The outgoing lines or terminals of the thermal protector and insulated sleeves shall endure voltage of 1500V and duration of 1min, without arc over.3.4 絕緣電阻:在正常條件下,導(dǎo)線與絕緣套管之間的絕緣電阻在100MΩ以上。(所用表計(jì)為DC500V絕緣抵抗計(jì))Insulated resistance：Under normal conditions ，insulated resistance between leads and insulated sleeve should be more than 100MΩ.(By insulation measurement machine）3.5 接觸電阻:熱保護(hù)器的接觸電阻應(yīng)不大于50mΩ。Contact resistance：Contact resistance of thermal protector should be less than 50mΩ.3.6 氣密性試驗(yàn):保護(hù)器在大于85℃的水中(水不沸騰),應(yīng)無連續(xù)的氣泡冒出。Seal trial ：There is no continuous air bubble from the thermal protector, if the protector is placed in 85 deg. Water （not boiling water）3.7 耐熱試驗(yàn):產(chǎn)品在150℃的環(huán)境中放置96 小時(shí)。Hot endure trial：It will last 96 hours if the protector is placed where the ambient temperature is 150 deg.3.8 耐濕試驗(yàn):產(chǎn)品在40℃、相對(duì)濕度95%的環(huán)境中放置48 小時(shí)。Damp endure trial ：It will last 48 hours if the protector is placed where the ambient temperature is 40 deg. and relative humidity is 95%.3.9 熱沖擊試驗(yàn):產(chǎn)品在150℃，-20℃環(huán)境中交變放置各30min,共5 個(gè)周期。Hot affect trial ：It will last 5 cycles if the protector is placed where the ambient temperature is exchanged between 150 deg. and minus 20 deg. for 30min.3.10 耐抗振試驗(yàn):產(chǎn)品能承受振幅1.5mm,頻率變化10～55Hz,掃描變化周期為3～5min,振動(dòng)方向X、Y、Z,每個(gè)方向連續(xù)振動(dòng)2 小時(shí)。Vibration endure trial ：The thermal protector should be normal after 2h in the conditions with amplitude of 1.55mm, frequency change of 10~55Hz, change period of 3~5 min, Vibration directions of X, Y and Z.3.11 跌落試驗(yàn):產(chǎn)品自0.7m 高度自由落下1 次。Fallen trial：Let the thermal protector freely fall down 0.70m above cement ground.3.12 抗壓性:將產(chǎn)品浸入密封油罐中,施加2MPa 的壓力并保持24h 后.Press endure ：Let the thermal protector immerge in the sealed oilcan and give 2MPa press lasting for 24 hours.3.13 第3.8,3.9,3.10,3.11,3.12,3.13 項(xiàng)試驗(yàn)后應(yīng)滿足下列條件:After 3.8,3.9,3.10,3.11,3.12,3.13 trial ，the performance of the thermal protector shall meet the following requirements:A. 動(dòng)作溫度變化應(yīng)在初期值的±7℃以內(nèi);Change of opening temperature shall be within ±7℃ of the initial value.B. 接觸電阻應(yīng)在50mΩ以下;Contact resistance should be under 50mΩ.C. 外形應(yīng)無明顯變形;Appearance should not be evident distortion.D. 導(dǎo)線無開裂損傷;Leads should not be craze.E. 絕緣電壓應(yīng)符合3.4 項(xiàng)要求;Insulated voltage shall be complied with 3.4.F. 絕緣電阻應(yīng)符合3.5 項(xiàng)要求。Insulated resistance shall be complied with 3.5.4. 壽命 Life產(chǎn)品在額定電壓、電流、功率因數(shù)為0.7 的條件下,外加熱源使其動(dòng)作1000 次,應(yīng)滿足下面條件:The Protector acts 1000 under external power in the condition of rating voltage 、current and 0.7 power. the performance of the thermal protector shall meet the following requirements：A. 動(dòng)作溫度變化應(yīng)在初始值的±7℃以內(nèi)Change of opening temperature should be within ±7℃ of the initial value。B. 接觸電阻應(yīng)在100mΩ以下;再繼續(xù)試驗(yàn)5000 次后其動(dòng)作需正常無誤。Contact resistance should be less than 100mΩ.The opening temperature shall be normal after going on 5000 circles.5. 其它事項(xiàng) Additional items5.1 動(dòng)作溫度檢測(cè)的升溫速率應(yīng)控制為1℃/1min;During the opening temperature trial, the rate of temperature rising should be controlled by 1℃/1min.5.2 使用過程中保護(hù)器外殼不能承受強(qiáng)烈沖擊力及壓迫力;The case of protector can’t endure strong strike and press when it is used in circuit5.3 認(rèn)證:（License）UL 認(rèn)證（UL File No.）:E214731CQC 認(rèn)證（CQC File No.）:CQC04002009719VDE 認(rèn)證（VDE File No.）:400098506. 本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)未涉及事項(xiàng)或客戶有其它要求另行訂立。The items which this standard have not referred or customs require shall be madeadditionally.
