電液比例閥簡(jiǎn)稱比例閥。普通液壓閥只能通過預(yù)調(diào)的方式對(duì)液流的壓力、流量進(jìn)行定值控制。但是當(dāng)設(shè)備機(jī)構(gòu)在工作過程中要求對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)的壓力、流量參數(shù)進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)或連續(xù)控制,例如.要求工作臺(tái)在工作進(jìn)給時(shí)按慢、快、慢連續(xù)變化的速度實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)給,或按一定精度模擬某個(gè)最佳控制曲線實(shí)現(xiàn)旅力控制.普通液壓閥則實(shí)現(xiàn)不了。這時(shí)可以用電液比例閥對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行控制。
電液比例閥是一種按輸入的電信號(hào)連續(xù)地、按比例地控制液壓系統(tǒng)的液流方向、流量和壓力的閥類。它山電-機(jī)械比例轉(zhuǎn)換裝置和液壓控制閥本體兩大部分構(gòu)成.前者將輸入的電信號(hào)連續(xù)地按比例地轉(zhuǎn)換為機(jī)械力和位移輸出,后者在接受這種機(jī)械力和位移之后、按比例連續(xù)地輸出壓力和流量.
電液比例閥的發(fā)展主要有兩個(gè)途徑一是用比例電磁鐵取代傳統(tǒng)液壓閥的手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)裝置或取代普通電磁鐵發(fā)展起來的;二是由電液伺服閥簡(jiǎn)化結(jié)構(gòu)、降低精度發(fā)展起來的。下面介紹的比例閥均指前者,它是當(dāng)今比例閥的主流。與普通液壓閥可以互換。
比例電磁閥的結(jié)構(gòu)如圖5-27所示。比例電磁鐵是直流電磁鐵,但它與普通直流電磁鐵不同。普通直流電磁鐵的銜鐵只有吸合和斷開兩個(gè)工作位置,并且在吸合時(shí)磁路中幾乎沒有氣隙.而比例電磁鐵要求吸合力或位移與給定電流成比例。并在銜鐵的全部工作行程上,磁路中保持一定的氣隙‘.其結(jié)構(gòu)主要由極靴1、線圈2、殼體5和銜鐵10等組成。線圈2中通電后產(chǎn)生磁場(chǎng),因隔磁環(huán)4的存在。使磁力線主要部分通過銜鐵10、氣隙和極靴1,形成回路口極靴對(duì)銜鐵產(chǎn)生吸力門在線圈中電流一定時(shí)。吸力的大小因極靴1與銜鐵間的距離不同而變化。但銜鐵在氣隙適中的一段行程中,吸力隨位置的改變發(fā)生的變化很小。
設(shè)計(jì)中就使比例電磁鐵的銜鐵在這段行程中工作。因此。改變線圈中的電流,即可在銜鐵上得到與其成正比的吸力。用比例電磁鐵代替螺旋手柄來調(diào)整液壓閥,就能使輸出樂力或流量與輸人電流對(duì)應(yīng)成比例地發(fā)生變化。
比例閥用于模擬控制,是介于普通開關(guān)控制與伺服控制之間的控制方式,它也特別適合于
設(shè)備的革新或改造。使設(shè)備自動(dòng)化控制水平大為提高。其在現(xiàn)代液雌系統(tǒng)中占比例很大口
與普通液壓閥相比.比例閥的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是:①能簡(jiǎn)單地實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)距離控制:②能連續(xù)地、按比例地控制液壓系統(tǒng)的壓力和流量。從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的位置、速度和力的連續(xù)控制,并能防止或減小壓力、速度變換時(shí)的沖擊;③油路簡(jiǎn)化,元件數(shù)量少。
比例閥適用于既要求能連續(xù)控制脹力、流量.和方向.而又不需要很I的控制精度的場(chǎng)合。
比例閥也分為壓力閥、流量閥和方向閥幾大類。近來又出現(xiàn)了功能復(fù)合化的趨勢(shì)。

葉片泵的分類
因?yàn)闅v史的葉片泵根據(jù)中類型的不同有兩種
(一) 專門指容積泵中的滑片泵。
(二) 指動(dòng)力式泵的三泵(離心泵、混流泵、軸流泵)或其他特殊的泵。
這類泵產(chǎn)品一般不會(huì)叫葉片泵。但作為專著,葉片泵幾乎全部是指離心泵、混流泵、軸流泵等。
葉片泵的工作原理
葉片泵轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),葉片在離心力和壓力油的作用下,尖部緊貼在定子內(nèi)表面上。這樣兩個(gè)葉片與轉(zhuǎn)子和定子內(nèi)表面所構(gòu)成的工作容積,先由小到大吸油后再由大到小排油,葉片旋轉(zhuǎn)一周時(shí),完成兩次吸油與排油。
一、單作用葉片泵的工作原理
泵由轉(zhuǎn)子2、定子3、葉片4、配油盤和端蓋等部件所組成。定子的內(nèi)表面是圓柱形孔。轉(zhuǎn)子和定子之間存在著偏心。葉片在轉(zhuǎn)子的槽內(nèi)可靈活滑動(dòng),在轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)的離心力以及通入葉片根部壓力油的作用下,葉片頂部貼緊在定子內(nèi)表面上,于是兩相鄰葉片、配油盤、定子和轉(zhuǎn)子間便形成了一個(gè)個(gè)密封的工作腔。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)子按逆時(shí)針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),圖右側(cè)的葉片向外伸出,密封工作腔容積逐漸增大,產(chǎn)生真空,于是通過吸油口6和配油盤5上窗口將油吸入。而在圖的左側(cè)。葉片往里縮進(jìn),密封腔的容積逐漸縮小,密封腔中的油液經(jīng)配油盤另一窗口和壓油口1被壓出而輸出到系統(tǒng)中去。這種泵在轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)一轉(zhuǎn)過程中,吸油壓油各一次,故稱單作用泵。轉(zhuǎn)子受到徑向液壓不平衡作用力,故又稱非平衡式泵,其軸承負(fù)載較大。改變定子和轉(zhuǎn)子間的偏心量,便可改變泵的排量,故這種泵都是變量泵。
二、雙作用葉片泵的工作原理
它的作用原理和單作用葉片泵相似,不同之處只在于定子表面是由兩段長(zhǎng)半徑圓弧、兩段短半徑圓弧和四段過渡曲線八個(gè)部分組成,且定子和轉(zhuǎn)子是同心的。在圖示轉(zhuǎn)子順時(shí)針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)的情況下,密封工作腔的容積在左上角和右下角處逐漸增大,為吸油區(qū),在左下角和右上角處逐漸減小,為壓油區(qū);吸油區(qū)和壓油區(qū)之間有一段封油區(qū)把它們隔開。這種泵的轉(zhuǎn)子每轉(zhuǎn)一轉(zhuǎn),每個(gè)密封工作腔完成吸油和壓油動(dòng)作各兩次,所以稱為雙作用葉片泵。泵的兩個(gè)吸油區(qū)和兩個(gè)壓油區(qū)是徑向?qū)ΨQ的,作用在轉(zhuǎn)子上的液壓力徑向平衡,所以又稱為平衡式葉片泵。
雙作用葉片泵的瞬時(shí)流量是脈動(dòng)的,當(dāng)葉片數(shù)為4的倍數(shù)時(shí)脈動(dòng)率小。為此,雙作用葉片泵的葉片數(shù)一般都取12或16。

葉片泵的安裝
葉片泵的安裝同齒輪泵。
①葉片泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向及安裝方式葉片泵出廠前在裝配時(shí),都是按著順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)方向組裝的。不允許逆時(shí)針運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)使用(從軸端觀察〕。
葉片泵從結(jié)構(gòu)上可分為車輛葉片泵、變量葉片泵和定量葉片泵、雙級(jí)葉片泵以及雙聯(lián)葉片泵多種。安裝方式基本為法蘭安裝式,而榆次液壓件廠生產(chǎn)的葉片泵有腳架式的〔在訂貨時(shí)應(yīng)注明)。?
② 葉片泵用安裝體與電動(dòng)機(jī)連接葉片泵與電動(dòng)機(jī)(發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī))連接驅(qū)動(dòng)時(shí),要采用"安裝體"結(jié)構(gòu),如圖1-8所示,其一端法蘭與葉片泵的法蘭連接,用4個(gè)(有的泵用2個(gè))內(nèi)六角螺釘緊固牢, 另一大端與V系列電動(dòng)機(jī)B5或B35型的端法蘭連接牢固,采用這種安裝形式可使其兩軸的同軸度不存在誤差,其轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)也無噪聲,是延長(zhǎng)泵的使用壽命的理想途徑。
葉片泵的輸人軸不能承受軸向力和徑向力,因此安裝聯(lián)軸器時(shí),不準(zhǔn)用鐵捶敲打裝配,聯(lián)軸器內(nèi)孔采用二級(jí)間隙配合為宜,在鍵槽180°方向鉆一個(gè)M6-M10mm的螺紋孔,用螵釘止住防止竄動(dòng)。
采用腳架式葉片泵時(shí),嚴(yán)禁用帶輪或鏈輪直接傳動(dòng),亦要用聯(lián)軸器與驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)軸連接,兩個(gè)軸的同軸度誤差應(yīng)控制在0.05-0.1mm以內(nèi),角度誤差不大于0.5°,兩軸間應(yīng)留有3mm 距離。
③ 葉片泵的安裝位置葉片泵應(yīng)安裝在油面以下,并應(yīng)靠近油箱,在吸油側(cè)安裝一個(gè)
過濾精度為50~80μm迅的線隙式濾油器。由于條件所限,葉片泵必須安裝在油面以上時(shí),其吸油高度應(yīng)距最低油位,不大于500mm。這種安裝方法,對(duì)吸油連接管路接頭,必須注意密封良好,若密封不良時(shí),極易造成葉片泵吸人少許空氣,而摻雜有氣泡的破裂聲,嚴(yán)重時(shí)油箱內(nèi)有氣泡。
濾油器規(guī)格如下:
葉片泵的吸油濾油器,應(yīng)采用泵流量的兩倍以上,允許吸人真空度不大于0.013Mpa。在系統(tǒng)中的回油管路上,應(yīng)設(shè)置過濾精度不大于20~30μm的回油濾油器,當(dāng)新安裝的系統(tǒng)工作10~20h后,可將回油濾油器拆開,取出濾芯,其內(nèi)部有氧化皮、電焊渣、鐵屑、砂粒和橡膠碎塊等雜質(zhì),這些雜物是安裝系統(tǒng)時(shí)未清理凈的或液壓件內(nèi)部存留的,經(jīng)壓力的振動(dòng)和流體的沖擊而集中在回油濾油器內(nèi),若無回油濾油器時(shí),則全部集中在油箱下部。
