■主要特點(diǎn)Features

1、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)合理，有效的消除了衛(wèi)生死角，結(jié)構(gòu)件過渡圓滑，表面經(jīng)拋光處理，外部結(jié)構(gòu)件、緊固件和轉(zhuǎn)鼓都采用不銹鋼制造。外殼為翻蓋式，可對離心機(jī)外殼與轉(zhuǎn)鼓夾層空間進(jìn)行徹底清洗。

5、外殼翻蓋，設(shè)置進(jìn)料管、洗滌管、觀察鏡、照明孔。配置在線清洗系統(tǒng)（噴淋系統(tǒng)），對離心機(jī)外殼內(nèi)壁、轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)外表面、集液槽表面等離心機(jī)內(nèi)部不可見部位進(jìn)行清洗，保證了潔凈度要求，符合GMP規(guī)范。

■標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置Standard Manufacturing Form

1、結(jié)構(gòu)：外殼配置翻蓋及進(jìn)料管、洗滌管、觀察鏡、排氣口、照明孔；密閉結(jié)構(gòu)，轉(zhuǎn)鼓及外殼、翻蓋等部件為不銹鋼材料(SUS304)制造。

2、所有緊固件為不銹鋼件。

3、傳動(dòng)與制動(dòng)：普通電機(jī)（或防爆電機(jī)）＋磨擦式自動(dòng)離合器＋磨擦式手動(dòng)制動(dòng)裝置。
