TM-3彈性模量測定儀符合G B11971-89〈加氣砼力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)方法〉、 GB81-85〈普通砼力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)方法〉、JGJ053-94〈公路工程水泥砼試驗(yàn)規(guī)程〉、ASTMC-469。主要用于測量砼試塊的彈性模量。本儀器簡單、輕巧、便于試驗(yàn)中使用。

1、適用砼彈性模量試塊...40 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">×40 "Times New Roman"">×160mm
2、千分表量程.......0-1mm
3、上、下環(huán)中心距.......150mm
4、下環(huán)離底部距離.........75mm
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">三、水泥彈性模量測定儀結(jié)構(gòu)及操作方法:
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">本測定儀由上環(huán)、下環(huán)、接觸桿、千分表和緊定螺釘組成,(參見附圖)
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">試驗(yàn)開始前,將彈性模量測定儀放置于平整的平面上,旋出試塊緊定螺釘,裝上千分表,送開固定板緊定螺釘,取下固定板,則測定儀已在試塊上定位。將測定儀連同試塊置于壓力試驗(yàn)機(jī)的下壓板上,試塊中心與壓力機(jī)下壓板中心對準(zhǔn),千分表調(diào)零。開動壓力機(jī),當(dāng)上壓板與試件接近時,調(diào)整球座,使接觸均衡,以0.2-0.3mpa/s的速度連續(xù)而均勻地加載到Pa mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">(即試件預(yù)期破壞荷載值的40% "Times New Roman"">),然后以同樣速度卸荷至零,如此反復(fù)預(yù)壓3 "Times New Roman"">次。在預(yù)壓時,觀察壓力機(jī)及千分表是否正常。試件兩側(cè)千分表變形之差,不得大于變形平均值的15% mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">,更不能正負(fù)異向,當(dāng)采用100mm "Times New Roman"">×100mm截面的試件時,其兩側(cè)變形之差,不得大于變形平均值的20% mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">,否則用硬木輕敲球座調(diào)整,或調(diào)整試件位置。用上述速度進(jìn)行第四次加荷,先至初載荷, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">先至初載荷PO "Times New Roman"">(約為0.5MPA "Times New Roman"">),保持30S "Times New Roman"">,分別讀兩側(cè)千分表△O "Times New Roman"">,然后加荷至PA "Times New Roman"">,保持約30秒,分別讀兩側(cè)千分表△A mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">,分別計(jì)算兩側(cè)變形增值△A- "Times New Roman"">△O,并計(jì)算出平均值,設(shè)為△4 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">;讀取△A "Times New Roman"">后即以同樣速度卸荷至PO "Times New Roman"">,保持約30秒,分別讀兩側(cè)千分表讀數(shù)△00 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">,同上步驟,進(jìn)行第五次加荷,求出△50 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">△5 "Times New Roman"">與△4之差應(yīng)不大于0.0002 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">(L=150mm), "Times New Roman"">否則,應(yīng)中伏上述步驟,直至兩次相鄰加荷變形值之差符合要求,以最后一次變形值△0 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">為準(zhǔn)。然后卸去千分表,以同樣速度繼續(xù)加荷至試件破壞,記下循環(huán)軸心抗壓強(qiáng)度Ra mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">。
